The Chimpanzee Sanctuary & Wildlife Conservation Trust (Chimpanzee Trust) intends to dispose of a boat hull. The assets is sold on an “as is, where is” basis and the Trust will have no further liability after sale. Therefore;

1. The Trust invites sealed bids for the purchase of the above asset.
2. Inspection can be done by interested parties from 31^st March 2022 and sealed bids can be submitted by 8^th April 2022.
3. The hull can be inspected at the Water Front Club, in Entebbe, Wakiso District.
4. The sealed bids shall be received at the Chimpanzee Trust Offices at Plot 1 Bank Close, Entebbe Town from 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday prior to the closing date as indicated above.
5. Communication to the successful bidder shall be made by 22^nd April 2022.
